ZYKLEN

ZYKLEN traces the journey of three cis women through the recurring phases of the hormonal cycle—moving between surrender, pain, desire, and the discovery of new strength.
The work explores alienation and intimacy, ingrained habits and silent fears, as well as the pressures of performance that stand in conflict with the body.
It is a piece about embodied perception, the weight of societal expectations, and the quiet rebellion that emerges in tune with the rhythm of one’s own being.

JOURNEY ONE is an interdisciplinary contemporary dance performance that explores the profound and often mysterious experience of becoming human.
Through movement, sound, and embodied storytelling, three performers navigate the landscapes of human experience—connection and separation, love and fear, desire and vulnerability, joy and struggle. The piece moves between the intimate and the universal, exploring the forces that shape us as individuals while questioning the boundaries that make us feel separate from one another.
JOURNEY ONE is a reflection on where we come from, what it means to inhabit a human body, and the deeper connection that exists beneath our individual stories.
A journey we may all share.
The piece explores the journey of becoming human: from the essence of the soul, into physical embodiment, through the complexities of human existence, and ultimately back toward the source from which we came.
JOURNEY ONE is a meditation on embodiment, consciousness, human experience, and the eternal journey between source and self—an invitation to remember where we came from, why we are here, and what remains when the journey through this human life comes to an end.
